Hey there! 👋 We are Merle (19) and Clara (20), and we have a room available!

It's important to us that our flat share is more than just a functional arrangement. We want to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, enjoys cooking together or doing things together – and where you can also retreat to your own space when you need to.

🏡 Beautiful and centrally located 3-bed flat share

The room is approx. 10 square meters in size, faces the quiet street side and is wonderfully flooded with light ☀️. As it is furnished, you only need to unpack your suitcases. All the furniture is already there.
The kitchen is in a classic style, equipped with a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a fridge with large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter with TV 🍽️📺. The bathroom is simple, practical and invites you to take a relaxing bath with its bathtub 🛁.

There are no additional costs 😊. They - as well as access to TV, internet (network & WLAN) - are already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Whether you're out and about in the beautiful Hammer Park or Jacobi Park, or taking a relaxed stroll along Hammer Steindamm - it's simply a great place to live.
You'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, doctors, pharmacies, banks - all within walking distance 🛒🍽️.

The apartment is located in the quiet Caspar-Voght-Straße, a side street of Sievekingsallee - centrally located, but still pleasantly quiet 🏡.

And best of all: the public transport connections are excellent!
🚉 Hasselbrook S-Bahn (S1/S11) - just a 5-minute walk away
➡️ From there, you can be at the main station in approx. 7 minutes - with connections in all directions.
🚇 The subway stations Burgstraße or Ritterstraße (U2) are also within easy reach - so you can be in the city center, Jungfernstieg or Wandsbeker Quarree in no time 🛍️

For drivers, the Horner Kreisel is also not far away - with a direct connection to the A1 and A24 🚗.
