It's important to us that it's more than just a functional flat share. We want a friendly atmosphere where you feel comfortable, enjoy cooking together or doing things together - and where you can just as easily withdraw from time to time 🛋️🍝📸

Our interests are very diverse. We enjoy sports, photography and cooking.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Hamm - quiet, but super central. Your approx. 10 m² furnished room is flooded with light and even has a small loggia - perfect for taking a deep breath!
The kitchen is in a classic style, fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, large fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy counter corner to sit at. The bathroom offers additional comfort with its bathtub.

All-inclusive rent - all utilities as well as internet and TV are already included. Simply move in and feel at home!

Whether you're out and about in the beautiful Hammer Park or Jacobi Park, or taking a relaxed stroll along Hammer Steindamm - it's simply a great place to live.
You'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, doctors, pharmacies, banks - all within walking distance 🛒🍽️.

The apartment is located in the quiet Caspar-Voght-Straße, a side street of Sievekingsallee - centrally located, but still pleasantly quiet 🏡.

And best of all: the public transport connections are excellent!
🚉 Hasselbrook S-Bahn (S1/S11) - just a 5-minute walk away
➡️ From there, you can be at the main station in approx. 7 minutes - with connections in all directions.
🚇 The subway stations Burgstraße or Ritterstraße (U2) are also within easy reach - so you can be in the city center, Jungfernstieg or Wandsbeker Quarree in no time 🛍️
