The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg Hamm 🏡—ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city while still being right in the heart of it all.

The room for rent is 14 m² 🛏️. Thanks to the large window, it’s wonderfully bright 🌞 and has laminate flooring. The room is rented unfurnished, so you can decorate it however you like.

The bright bathroom with a window is modern and practical—complete with a shower 🚿 and sink—perfect for starting your day off right.

In our cozy built-in kitchen 🍳, you’ll find everything you need:
a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer—plus a small sitting area where we like to relax and chat together in the evenings. 🍵

Utility bills? No extra charges! ✅ Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s that simple. 📶

Location

Hamm is a district with a quiet flair, but still centrally located - perfect for anyone who wants to live in a relaxed atmosphere and still be in the city center quickly 🏡🧘‍♂️.

You'll find everything you need for everyday life just around the corner:
🛒 Edeka, Penny, Lidl - all within walking distance
💊 Doctors & 🏦 Banks are also very close by
🛍️ City center, the Wandsbeker Quarree or the Hamburger Meile are also within easy reach - ideal for a short shopping trip!

For a break in between, Hammer Park or Thörl Park invite you to relax or go jogging 🌳👟☀️.
