A room will be available in our beautiful shared flat on 01.12. and we are looking for you...
We are Thomas (26) a student and Hendrick (28) working.
We would be delighted to have a personable and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
So far, life as a 3-bed flatshare has been a lot of fun for all of us. In our free time we are active by sailing or diving. We also like music and movies. In order to maintain the beautiful shared flat life, we would be happy if you are not interested in a purpose shared flat. Maybe you bring one or the other other hobby with you and plug us in ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Hamm.
The offered room faces the courtyard. It has about 14 m2 of living space and is wonderfully flooded with light due to the large window front. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. On request, some of the furniture of the current tenant can be taken over. Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will stand out in the spacious bathroom in the daylight. In our fitted kitchen we have the washing machine, a dishwasher and a small sitting area, which invites you to end the evening together.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The Hamm district is characterized by its quiet proximity to the center.
Shops for daily needs, such as Edeka, Penny or Lidl are within walking distance in a few minutes. Doctors and banks are also in the immediate vicinity. For big shopping, the city center, as well as the Wandsbeker Quarree or the Hamburger Meile are not far away.
If you want to get out a bit, you can relax in the nearby Hammer Park or the Thörl Park or jog a few laps.

The connections to public transport and thus to the city center of Hamburg are optimal. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from your shared flat room. The underground station Burgstraße (U1) is about 750 m away, the S-Bahn stop Landwehr (S1, S11) about 1000m. Both can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. From here you can reach Hamburg Central Station within 5 minutes or Hamburg Airport in about 20 minutes.
