The shared apartment room being offered is 15 m² and features a spacious window that lets in plenty of natural light. ☀️

The room is rented unfurnished, so you can furnish and decorate it exactly to your own taste 🛋️

The kitchen is equipped with built-in cabinets, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, and offers everything you need for everyday life 🧺

The bathroom features both a shower and a toilet 🚿

There are no additional utility costs, as these are already included in the flat-rate rent 💶

TV and internet (Wi-Fi) are also included in the flat-rate rent, so you don’t have to worry about a thing 📶
