Hello dear seekers... We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)
We are Julia (24) and Victoria (26). We study and pursue our profession. In our free time we are active in sports. Likes to go for a walk, dance or meet friends. From time to time we also gamble or watch Netflix. We are also available for nice shared flat evenings with board games.
We would be pleased about sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another person for our relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

Beautiful and centrally located 3-room flat. The room is about 14 square meters, is facing the quiet street side and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be freely furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The kitchen is in a classic style, with a ceramic hob with an associated extractor hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a bar with a TV. The bathroom is simple, practical and invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub.

There are no additional costs. These are like access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the rent.

Location

Hamburg-Hamm is one of the most sought-after residential areas of the Hanseatic city. Be sporty in one of the oldest parks in Hamburg, the Hammer Park or the Jakobi Park or go on a shopping spree over the Hammer Steindamm. Here you will also find the most famous bookstore in Hamburg, called Seitenweise. In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, banks, doctors and pharmacies for your daily needs. The Hamburg Central station, with connections in all directions, as well as the shopping center Billstedt and the Wandsbek Quarree are very easy to reach. Caspar-Voght-Straße is a quiet side street of Sievekingsallee. Hasselbrook S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away. For motorists, the Horner roundabout is close by, from where you can reach the A1 and the A24 directly without a long drive through the city.
