Hello dear seekers... We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Julia (25) and Moritz (22). We study and pursue our profession. In our free time we are active in sports. We like going for walks, skiing, playing soccer or meeting friends. Every now and then we also play games or watch Netflix.

We would be happy to meet a friendly and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another person for our relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. Since we are on site at very different times or simply knocked out from the day, we do not constantly sit on top of each other and the motto "everything can but nothing must" applies if it fits ;-)

🏡 Beautiful and centrally located 3-bed flat share

The room is approx. 14 m² in size, faces the quiet side of the street and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows ☀️. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs.

The kitchen is in a classic style, equipped with a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a fridge with large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter with TV 🍽️📺. The bathroom is simple, practical and invites you to take a relaxing bath with its bathtub 🛁.

There are no additional costs 😊. They are already included in the all-inclusive rent - as is access to TV, internet (network & WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

Hamburg-Hamm is one of the most sought-after residential neighborhoods in the Hanseatic city. Be sporty in one of the oldest parks in Hamburg, the Hammer Park or the Jakobi Park or go shopping on the Hammer Steindamm. Here you will also find the most famous bookstore in Hamburg, called Seitenweise. In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, banks, doctors and pharmacies for your daily needs. Hamburg's main train station, with connections in all directions, as well as the shopping centers Billstedt and the Wandsbek Quarree are very easy to reach. Caspar-Voght-Straße is a quiet side street of Sievekingsallee. It is a 5-minute walk to the Hasselbrook S-Bahn station. For motorists, the Horner Kreisel is close by, from where you can reach without a long drive through the city, the A1 and the A24 directly.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
