We are Barbara and Celine and in our beautiful 3-person shared apartment to 01.01. a room is free, for which we are looking for you ...
We are both students and would be happy about a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense for cleanliness.
So far, we have all enjoyed living as a 3-person shared apartment. In our free time we are active in sports, interested in badminton, cheerleading, tennis and trampoline jumping. We also like music and movies or going out with our friends. To keep up the nice WG life, we would be happy if you are not interested in a purpose WG. Maybe you bring one or two other hobbies and infect us ;-)

Room

The 3 room apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Hamm.
The room is about 18 square meters and is very bright and flooded with light due to the large window front.
Due to the advantageous square cut, there are no limits to your own wishes and needs to furnish and design. It can be wonderfully a living and sleeping, or work space.
In our modern fitted kitchen we have the washing machine, a dishwasher and the large refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a small seating area, which invites to let the evening end together.
The bright, daylit bathroom is modern and practical with shower and washing area to start the day fresh.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The district Hamm is characterized by its quiet proximity to the center.
Stores for daily needs, such as Edeka, Penny or Lidl are within walking distance. Doctors and banks are also in the immediate vicinity. For great shopping, the city center, as well as the Wandsbeker Quarree or the Hamburger Meile are not far away.
If you want to get out a bit, you can relax in the nearby Hammer Park or Thörl Park or jog a few laps.

The connections to public transportation and thus to Hamburg's city center are optimal. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from your shared room. The subway stop Burgstraße (U1) is about 750m away, the S-Bahn stop Landwehr (S1, S11) about 1000m. Both can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. From here, you can get to Hamburg's main train station within 5 minutes or to Hamburg Airport in about 20 minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
