Hey everyone! 👋

We have two rooms opening up—because Cathrin and Stefan are moving out 🧳.
That’s why we’re looking for a nice, open-minded person who’d like to become a long-term member of our shared apartment 🏡

We’re:
Artur (25), Gesa (28), Paul (20), and Tobias (27)—a diverse mix of working professionals and students.
In our free time, we love to stay active—whether it’s orienteering, cross-country skiing, wakeboarding, dancing, or soccer—staying active is just part of who we are.

We also share a love for technology, photography 📸, 3D printing, microelectronics 🤖, as well as good food 🍝, music 🎶, and exciting books 📚.

We’re not just a functional shared apartment! 💬
A friendly atmosphere is important to us—we enjoy hanging out together, cooking together 🍲, or heading out to have some fun 🎉.

Room

The 140-square-meter apartment 🏡 where the room is located is on the first floor of a charming, historic apartment building in Hamburg-Harburg.

The room is 14 square meters and features beautiful hardwood floors ✨.
Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️.

The classic-style kitchen is fully equipped:
Ceramic cooktop with range hood
Refrigerator with a large freezer compartment ❄️
Dishwasher 🧼

Perfect for cooking at your own pace and enjoying meals together.

A real highlight: In addition to the bathroom with a tub 🛁, there’s also a guest bathroom with a shower—so there’s no morning rush.

The entryway also features a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺, perfect for winding down the evening together 🍿.

Utility bills? None! 🎉
Everything is already included in the rent—including TV and internet (Wi-Fi).

Location

Shopping & Running Errands? It’s a breeze!

You’ll find everything you need for your daily needs right around the corner—so no long walks 😊. And if you’re ever in the mood for more variety, downtown Harburg is just a short trip away. There are plenty of shops and stores waiting for you there—for example, on Lüneburger Straße, at the Harburg Arcaden, or at the Phoenix Center 🛍️.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand”🌿.

You’re also well connected:
The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the bus runs every 6 minutes, taking you to Harburg Station in about 10 minutes 🚌. From there, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 12 minutes 🚆—perfect for commuters or city trips!

Heimfeld Station and the TUHH (Technical University) are also only about a 10-minute walk away—so they’re super easy to reach 📚.

And if you ever want to go further afield: Hamburg-Harburg Station also has long-distance trains, of course 🚄
