Moin dear WG-seekers, it is about a new foundation of a 3er WG in Hamburg Harburg.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old apartment building.
It has 5 rooms that have been freshly renovated and have a beautiful plank floor.
The common areas were furnished by us and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator.
This room 4, flooded with light through the large window, is still available and about 13 m2 in size and can be occupied from now on.
Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.

The additional costs do not have to be taken care of. They are, like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat), included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' also has a special charm (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30). In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes, in 10 minutes to Harburg station, is within walking distance. Here the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 12 minutes. The Heimfeld train station and the TUHH can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
Long-distance train connections are also available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
