Hello, 2 rooms are becoming available in our 3-person shared flat because Amelie and Attila are moving out. We are throwing ourselves together again. We are therefore looking for 2 new people who would like to move in on 01.06. and 01.07. The flat share has been beautifully renovated and we would be delighted if you would enrich the flat share community in the future.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
It has 3 rooms that were recently renovated.
The flat share has a fitted kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom with window invites you to take a relaxing shower.
All 3 light-flooded rooms are advantageously laid out and have wonderful dimensions of 11 - 15 sqm. This can be done entirely according to your own wishes and needs, as they are unfurnished.

You don't have to worry about service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is Internet access.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
