In our free time, we like to stay active—whether it’s playing golf, jogging, or other sports. We’re also passionate about cooking and baking 🍰 and are always trying out new recipes. 🍝

When we want to take it a bit easier, we enjoy spending time playing exciting board games 🎲 or enjoying a nice evening at the theater. 🎭

I’m looking for nice roommates who want to work together to create a relaxed and harmonious home.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming older apartment building in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg 🏡

This is a 4-person shared apartment with rooms featuring beautiful hardwood floors. Since the rooms are unfurnished, you can furnish them entirely according to your own tastes and needs 🛋️

Room 1 = 11.5 sqm and €639
Room 2 = 16 sqm and €679

Rooms 3 and 4 are already rented.

The cozy, classic-style kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and even a small seating area for shared meals 🍽️

The bathroom, which has a window, invites you to relax in the bathtub 🛁. And just in case, the 4-person shared apartment also has an additional guest bathroom 🚻. The washing machine will also have its place in the bathroom.

Utility bills? No worries! 💡 They’re included—just like TV, internet (network & Wi-Fi) – are already included in the flat-rate rent 📶
