We are Svenja (25), Noah (18), Daniel (21), Marten (27) and Vanessa (20)
We are all working or studying. In our free time we are active in sports and like to go swimming, play soccer or go to the gym. Many of us also enjoy being creative, drawing or sewing. We meet up with our friends and go to bars and cafés, go to the movies or travel around the world.

We would be happy to meet likeable and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness and are not interested in a purpose-built flat share. We are looking forward to new flatmates who also have a few hobbies and would like to discover Hamburg together with us.

Room

The apartment is 140 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an old apartment building.

The light-flooded room is approx. 14 sqm in size and has a beautiful plank floor. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The washing machine is also located here. We have also set up a common room with a cozy sitting area with TV. The day-lit bathroom offers enough space for all the utensils you need. There is also a guest WC in the shared flat.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The shared flat is located in the Hamburg Harburg district.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options on Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes to Harburg station in 10 minutes, is within walking distance. From here, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 12 minutes to Hamburg Central Station. Heimfeld station and the TUHH can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are also available at Hamburg Harburg station.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
