Hello 👋 We are a group of four roommates and we have a room available 🏠

We are Sören (25), Oskar (24), and Robert (25), and we look forward to meeting you. We are not looking for a functional flat share, but rather a friendly and relaxed living arrangement with someone who is personable, open, and tidy.

A little bit about us: We are all currently still studying. In our free time, we are very interested in music and enjoy sports, such as soccer, fitness, and diving. We also like to play video games, meet up with friends, or travel.

We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking 🍳🥗, sitting together and chatting, or doing things together. The atmosphere in the flat share is relaxed and laid-back 😄. Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important to us, so that everyone has time and space for themselves.

Room

The 4-room apartment in which the room is located is on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in Hamburg-Harburg. The approximately 20 sqm room features a large window that provides plenty of natural light and beautiful wooden floors. As the room is unfurnished, you can decorate it according to your personal taste 🛋️. Thanks to its generous size, it is easy to set up different living areas. In the shared kitchen, you will find a cozy sitting area ☕🍽️ as well as a washing machine and dishwasher – perfect for everyday life. The bright shower room has a window 🚿and there is also a separate guest toilet. You don't have to worry about utilities: these are already included in the rent – as are TV 📺, internet (LAN & WiFi 🌐) and telephone with landline flat rate ☎️.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city perfectly combines central living with proximity to nature. The nearby Phoenix Center is ideal for shopping 🛍️ and offers numerous retail outlets as well as doctors 🩺 and a wide range of restaurants 🍝☕.

At the foot of the Reeseberg are the popular recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and "Harburger Stadtpark." They are perfect for relaxing walks, bike rides, and other leisure activities—in summer, even for swimming and boating.

The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also within easy reach and can be comfortably reached on foot. Optimal transport connections:
