Arturo and Pascal are moving out, leaving Lukas and Jonas. Jose has already decided and we are still looking for you...
We don't want to share a flat for a purpose, but would like a nice life together with a new person who fits in well with us, is likeable, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. A little bit about us... We both work and are interested in music. Our sports interests include badminton, inline skating, cycling, soccer, fitness and diving. We play the odd game or meet up with friends or go traveling.
We are looking forward to meeting someone with whom we can cook together, sit together and chat or go out to do something. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 4 room apartment, in which the offered room is located, is on the 2nd floor of an old building - apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The room is about 20 square meters and is flooded with light through a really big window and also has a great floorboard. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish it according to your own wishes and needs. The size invites wonderfully to create different living areas.
In the shared kitchen you will find a comfortable sitting area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. In addition, the shared apartment has a guest toilet.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center invites you to store. The shopping center offers many shopping possibilities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities, as well as swimming and boating in summer.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
At its peak, Reeseberg is a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. Buses 141 and 443 stop there, arriving at Harburg train station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Hbf in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
