It is important to us that we are more than just a functional flat share. We want a friendly, open atmosphere - with shared cooking evenings 🍝, movie nights or simply relaxed evenings on the couch 🛋️.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a charming old apartment building in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg 🏡✨

This is a 4-person shared flat with rooms with beautiful floorboards and - as it is unfurnished - can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️

Room 1 = 15sqm and 639 EUR
Room 2 = 18sqm and 679 EUR
Room 3 = 17 sqm and 649 EUR
Room 4 = 11sqm and 609 EUR

The cozy kitchen in classic style is fully equipped: ceramic hob with extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and even a small seating area for shared meals 🍽️
The washing machine is also located there - practical and uncomplicated 😊

The bathroom with window invites you to relax in the bathtub 🛁. And just in case, there's an additional guest WC in the 4-bed flat share 🚻.

Additional costs? No stress! 💡💧 They are already included in the all-inclusive rent - just like TV, Internet (network & WLAN) 📶
