Hello everyone. All rooms in our shared flat of 3 will be vacant. 2 on 01.12. and one on 01.02.

As everyone is moving in at almost the same time, you have the chance to start a new life in a shared flat :)

Our aim is not to make it a flat-sharing community, but to have people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you can also bring someone who wants to move in with you, no problem ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building centrally in Harburg, 400 meters from the S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus.
The room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows, approx. 15 square meters in size and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. It also has stucco and a beautiful plank floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven with matching ceramic hob and extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. You can end the evening in the cozy seating area. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin to start the day fresh.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 5-minute walk away.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 400 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You will also be moving into your room alone and have no pets.
