I’m Jonas (21), I work full-time, and in my free time you’ll often find me playing sports. I also really enjoy reading, listening to music, and gaming.

It’s important to me that we’re not just a house share based on practicality, but that we have a friendly, open living arrangement where we can cook together, chat, or just hang out—without any pressure. At the same time, everyone should have their own space, and a healthy sense of cleanliness would be great so that everyone feels comfortable.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the heart of Harburg, just 400 meters from the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station 🚆.

The light-filled room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows 🌞 and measures approximately 15 square meters. It can be furnished to your own taste, as it is being rented unfurnished. It also features charming stucco decorations and beautiful hardwood floors ✨.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need 🍳 and has a cozy sitting area that’s perfect for spending evenings together. The bathroom has a shower 🚿 and plenty of space for your essentials.

You don’t have to worry about utility costs 💪. They are included in the flat-rate rent, just like internet access 📶.

Location

The room is located directly in Harburg city center and offers you a perfect mix of urban life and good connections. Shopping facilities 🛒 for your daily needs are just around the corner. There is a large selection of stores 🛍️, cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍽️ in the nearby Harburg city center - especially in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center.

✨ Highlight: The popular Harburg weekly market on the sand 🌿 offers fresh food and regional products from Monday to Saturday (08:00 - 13:30). The organic weekly market also takes place on Wednesdays from 15:00 - 18:30 - just a 5-minute walk away!

🚆 Perfect connections:
The Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station is only 400 meters away, from there the S3/S31 takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🏙️ in about 15 minutes. Hamburg-Harburg station with long-distance train connections 🚄 is also within easy reach - perfect for commuters or spontaneous trips! 🚀
