We’re Timo (26) and Jonas (21). We both work, and in our free time you’ll often find us working out (at the gym or playing basketball). We also really enjoy reading, listening to music, and gaming.

It’s important to us that we’re not just a house share for practical reasons, but that we have a friendly, open living situation where we can cook together, chat, or just hang out—without any pressure. At the same time, everyone should have their own space, and a healthy sense of cleanliness would be great so that everyone feels comfortable.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in central Harburg, 400 meters from the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station.

Since the landlord has already moved out, the room is available immediately :)

The room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows, measures approximately 15 square meters, and, since it is unfurnished, can be furnished and decorated entirely according to your own wishes and needs. It also features stucco and beautiful hardwood floors. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, a matching ceramic cooktop, and an exhaust hood, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. You can wind down the evening in the cozy sitting area. The bathroom has a shower and sink to start your day fresh.

You don’t have to worry about utility costs. They are included in the flat-rate rent, just like internet access.

Location

The room is located directly in Harburg city center and offers you a perfect mix of urban life and good connections. Shopping facilities 🛒 for your daily needs are just around the corner. There is a large selection of stores 🛍️, cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍽️ in the nearby Harburg city center - especially in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center.

✨ Highlight: The popular Harburg weekly market on the sand 🌿 offers fresh food and regional products from Monday to Saturday (08:00 - 13:30). The organic weekly market also takes place on Wednesdays from 15:00 - 18:30 - just a 5-minute walk away!
