15 m² in size - ideal for your furnishing ideas! 🌟
The charming floorboards run through the entire apartment and give it a special atmosphere.
As the room is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs. 🛋️✨

A cozy seating area invites you to eat and relax together 🍽️😊

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city charmingly combines a central location 🏙️ with living close to nature 🌳. The Phoenix-Center invites you to store 🛍️ - here you will find numerous stores and delicious restaurants 🍽️.

At the foot of the Reeseberg, the beautiful local recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and "Harburger Stadtpark" await you 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ - perfect for walks, bike rides or simply relaxing by the water 🛶☀️. In summer, you can even go swimming or boating here! 🏊‍♀️🌞

The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also very close by 🎓, which is internationally renowned for its cutting-edge research and attracts students from all over the world 🌍.

Reeseberg itself is a quiet residential street at the top 🏡 with good bus connections 🚍. Lines 141 and 443 take you to Harburg train station in just 14 minutes. From there, you can continue by bus or S-Bahn 🚆 to Hamburg Central Station.
