A room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat and we, Abhineeth (29), Finja (22) and Jana (21) are looking for you...

We are all working and like to sit in the spacious kitchen in the evening and chat or cook together. We also like to spend our free time playing soccer, drawing and reading. We are active in sports and enjoy meeting up with friends. Communication between flatmates is important to us, so that we can address concerns immediately and possibly make compromises. We pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and clean at regular intervals.

Room

The 94 m² apartment is located in the beautiful Harburg inland port, is on the 7th floor and offers a wonderful view over Harburg.
The building was constructed in 2012 and has underfloor heating and an elevator.
The light-flooded room is approx. 17 sqm in size and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The two bathrooms invite you to take a relaxing shower and have enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as are access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The offered room is located in the Harburg inland port, not far from the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in about 10 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 800 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
