In our WG to 01.01. and 01.02. two rooms become free and we are looking for new flatmates...
We are Luigi and Maja, both working or studying and in our free time we are interested in music, sports, photography, dancing, playing the piano, painting, baking and cooking.
We have been living together for a short time and are not interested in a shared apartment. We want a new person who fits us and with whom we can sit together once or twice in the kitchen or move around the houses. Freely according to the motto - Everything can, nothing must.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a new apartment building in beautiful Harburg inland port.

The room is about 16 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished and square cut, it can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs. In the modern kitchen there is a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and of course an oven with matching ceramic hob and extractor hood. In the cozy sitting area you can end the day with your new roommates and eat together or watch TV.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both bright and modern, with showers and washing area. Here everyone has enough space to freshen up for the day.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent like access to TV, internet (network and wifi) and telephone.

Location

The offered room is located directly next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
