Shared flat room in 4-person shared flat, new building, S-Bahn in 700m distance Harburg-Rathaus

Hi in our beautiful 4er WG becomes a room free. We are Laurine (20) student from Soltau who is interested in photography and music and likes to meet friends in her free time. Markus (27) financial officer from NRW who also likes to meet friends and is interested in music and plays football in his free time and Bella (20) trainee educator from Poland who will move into the flat on 1.7. and likes to cook and sew. The two of us moved into the flat on 1.9.2020 so that we are not a committed team and are happy to discover the city together with the new ones. We would appreciate a person who is friendly and open-minded, who has a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher and washing machine available ;) ) We all like to do sports. But we also like to celebrate, travel and chill out:) You should want to stay at least 6 months!

Room

Our apartment is half new mixed so to speak and we are already looking forward to the new constellation :) The apartment is quite exceptionally cut, so that it is perfect as a flat share. The room is about 17 square meters large, unfurnished and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, have been freshly renovated, including:
- New floor throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly wallpapered and painted (white).

Additional costs are not incurred and are compensated with the flat rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone are also included in the flat rate rent.

Location

The S-Bahn Station Harburg-Rathaus is directly in front of the door, you are extremely fast in the city center:

Harburg-Rathaus -> station = 12 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Jungfernstieg = 17 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Dammtor = 18 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Berliner Tor = 21 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Altona = 28 minutes

Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
