Since our roommate is moving out, we are looking for a nice, open person who fits into our group. We are Marcel, 25 years old and currently still a student. In my free time I like to do sports and play the piano. Timo, also 25 years old, dual student from Stuttgart. I am also a sporty and sociable person. I like to ride a bike, play volleyball or go sailing on the water. We like to sit together as roommates, but also accept when the door is closed.
We are not a community of purpose and wish for a nice coexistence with people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The offered room is located in a 3-room apartment, on the 3rd floor, of an apartment building, centrally located in Hamburg - Harburg.

The light-flooded room is 23 square meters and since it is not furnished, it can be furnished according to your own wishes and ideas.
The apartment was renovated at the beginning of this year and the common areas were equipped with new, fashionable furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and a comfortable seating area. The washing machine is located in the day-exposed full bath, in which there is enough space for necessary utensils.
