16sqm shared room in Harburg in the beautiful inland port

We are Mina (32), Matz (28) and Stefanie (23) and are looking for a new roommate.
Mina and Matz are working and Stefanie is still a student. In our free time we are interested in music, weight training, bouldering, jogging, painting, cooking, baking, eating, reading, programming and bad jokes ;-))

The flat share exists in this constellation for about half a year and we would like people who are not interested in a purposeful flat share to live together. People who can sit together in the kitchen or move around the house. True to the motto - everything can, nothing has to.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a recently built apartment building in the picturesque Harburg inland port. The room measures around 16 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light thanks to its large windows. As it is unfurnished, you have the opportunity to furnish it entirely according to your own ideas and needs.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a spacious fridge with freezer compartment and an oven with matching ceramic hob and extractor hood. In the cozy seating area, you can end the day with your new flatmates and eat or watch TV together.

For a fresh start to the day, there are two modern bathrooms equipped with showers and washbasins.

The utilities are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to the TV, internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.

Location

The offered room is located directly next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
