Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, in the beautiful Harburg inland port.

It has 4 rooms, which are distributed over about 100 sqm and have been freshly renovated. The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. The two bathrooms are simple, practical and in one case even barrier-free: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up. All 4 light-flooded rooms are pretty much identical and square cut. With 16 and 17 square meters they have wonderful dimensions to set up. This can be done entirely according to your own wishes and needs, as they are unfurnished.

The monthly rent is 629, - Euro and still all are available.

Service charges do not apply. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The offered room is located directly next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
