In our free time, we like to stay active—we play soccer ⚽, go kayaking 🚣‍♂️, or try out other sports 💪😄

What’s important to us is that we don’t want a purely functional shared living situation, but rather a friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🫶 We’re looking for kind people who are open-minded, get along well, and have a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a charming, historic apartment building in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg 🏡✨ – central, lively, yet cozy 🙌

It’s a 6-person shared apartment with spacious, bright rooms. 🌞 The rooms are unfurnished, so you can decorate them entirely according to your own style and needs 🛋️

The following rooms are still available in this shared apartment:

Room 2: 13.5 sqm – 599 EUR
Room 3: 13.5 sqm – 599 EUR
Room 4: 16 sqm – 649 EUR
Room 5: 20 sqm – 669 EUR


The shared apartment is brand new. It’s a first-time occupancy following renovation 🏡✨ – so a few minor details are still being finalized. It’s best if you come by and take a look for yourself 👀

The classic-style kitchen is fully equipped. A large fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a seating area invite you to enjoy cooking together and relaxed meals ✨ The seating area will be located next to the kitchen.

There are also two brand-new bathrooms 🚿✨ with plenty of space and a beautiful, modern shower—perfect for a relaxing start to the day or a cozy evening 🌿.

Of course, a washing machine is also available 🧺

And what about the utilities? No worries 😊 These—along with TV, internet, cable, and Wi-Fi—are already included in the flat-rate rent 📺📶 Just move in and feel at home 🏠✨

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city perfectly combines central living with proximity to nature. The nearby Phoenix Center is ideal for shopping 🛍️ and offers numerous retail outlets as well as doctors 🩺 and a wide range of restaurants 🍝☕.

At the foot of the Reeseberg are the popular recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and "Harburger Stadtpark." They are perfect for relaxing walks, bike rides, and other leisure activities—in summer, even for swimming and boating.

The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also within easy reach and can be comfortably reached on foot. Optimal transport connections:
