We are Sören (23), Lukas (23) and Gino (28) and we are looking for you.
We don't want to live together for a purpose, but would like a nice life together with a new person who fits in well with us, is likeable, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. A little bit about us: We are all still studying at the moment. We are interested in music. In terms of sport, we're interested in inline skating, cycling, soccer, fitness, soccer and diving. We play the odd game or meet up with friends or go traveling.
We are looking forward to meeting someone with whom we can cook together, sit together and chat or go out to do something. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is approx. 100 sqm in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The room is 11 square meters in size and has a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window, making it bright and flooded with light. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it according to your own wishes and needs. In the communal kitchen, you will find a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a cozy seating area. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. There is also a guest WC in case it is occupied.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center invites you to store. The shopping center offers many shopping possibilities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities, as well as swimming and boating in summer.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
At its peak, Reeseberg is a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. Buses 141 and 443 stop there, arriving at Harburg train station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Hbf in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
