Hello, we are a 4-person shared apartment and there is a room free...

Nadine is moving out and we are left with Arturo (31) Pascal (20) and Jaqueline (23). We don't want a community of convenience, we want a nice living together with a new person who fits well with us, is sympathetic, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. A little bit about us... We are all professionals and interested in music. We are sporty by doing athletics. Gamble the one or other round or meet with friends. We are looking forward to a person with whom we can cook together, sit together and chat or go out to do something. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is a total of about 100 sqm and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The room is 11 sqm, has a nice floor-to-ceiling window, making it bright and flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it according to your own wishes and needs. In the shared kitchen you will find a comfortable sitting area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. In case that should be occupied, there is a guest toilet.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center invites you to store. The shopping center offers many shopping possibilities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities, as well as swimming and boating in summer.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
At its peak, Reeseberg is a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. Buses 141 and 443 stop there, arriving at Harburg train station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Hbf in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
