This cozy 4-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming older apartment building in Hamburg-Harburg. 🌿

The room measures 20 m², is unfurnished, and offers plenty of space for you to decorate it exactly as you like. Thanks to the large window, the room is wonderfully bright and filled with natural light. ☀️ The beautiful hardwood floor adds to the warm and cozy atmosphere.

The room’s size offers great opportunities to create different living areas—for example, a cozy sleeping and sitting area or a small workspace. 💻

The shared kitchen is well-equipped and features a cozy sitting area as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. So everything you need for daily life is taken care of. 😊

The shower room also has a window, making it bright and inviting. In addition, the shared apartment has a separate guest restroom. ✨

No need to worry about extra utility costs: Utilities are already included in the rent. Also included are TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and a landline with a flat-rate calling plan. 📶
