Two rooms are opening up in our shared apartment—and we’re looking forward to welcoming two new people to our home! 🏡

We’re Tom (25) and Marie (23). We work or study, and we like to stay active in our free time: hiking, playing tennis and volleyball, working out, biking, watching soccer or playing ourselves ⚽, jogging, surfing, bouldering, or practicing capoeira—there’s always something going on with us 💪.

We also love board games 🎲, listening to music, and are passionate about traveling to discover the world 🌍.

Reading a good book, cooking, or baking together are also some of our favorite moments in the shared apartment 🧁.

We’re looking for an open-minded and friendly person who’ll fit in well with our still-new shared apartment and has a healthy sense of cleanliness ✨.

Room

The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building—right next to the Harburg Rathaus stop 🚆.

The bright room measures 22 square meters, features high-quality vinyl flooring, and is unfurnished, so you can decorate it exactly as you like ✨. Thanks to its practical, rectangular layout, there are virtually no limits to your creativity.

The modern built-in kitchen offers everything your heart desires: a dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a matching range hood, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment 🍽️. In the cozy sitting area, you can eat together or relax—and from here, you have direct access to the balcony, which, of course, all roommates are welcome to use.

The bathroom, with its bathtub, invites you to relax 🛁; it also features a shower and has space for the washing machine. The hallway and kitchen are tiled in a modern style, giving them a particularly well-maintained look ✨.

There are no additional utility costs—they’re already included in the flat-rate rent 😊. TV, internet (Wi-Fi), and a landline with unlimited calls are also available at no extra cost 📶.

Location

The room is located right in downtown Harburg 🏙️.

Shops and everything you need for your daily needs are just a few steps away 🛒. Harburg’s downtown area is easily accessible and offers numerous stores—whether on Lüneburger Straße, at the Harburg Arcaden, or at the Phoenix Center, there’s something for everyone here 🛍️.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the Sand 🌽. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is the perfect place for a leisurely stroll. On Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the organic weekly market also opens its doors—just a 3-minute walk from your room 🌿.

From the Harburg-Rathaus train station, just 100 meters away, the S3 and S31 S-Bahn trains will take you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes 🚆.

Long-distance train connections are also available at the Hamburg Harburg station—perfect for longer trips or weekend getaways 🌍.
