A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us.
We are Lars, Tyra and Andi, all working or studying and in our free time we like to go hiking, play tennis and volleyball or go to the gym, ride our bikes and play or watch soccer when we are not jogging, surfing, bouldering or doing capoeira. We like board games, producing and listening to music, playing the piano and we also enjoy traveling the world. We also enjoy reading books, cooking delicious food or baking.
We are looking for another open-minded, likeable person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and fits in well with our young flat share ;-)

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Room

The approx. 100 sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building, directly at the Harburg Rathaus stop.

The bright room is approx. 22 sqm in size and has high-quality vinyl flooring. It is unfurnished and can be furnished according to your own wishes. The rectangular layout means that there are virtually no limits to creativity.

The shared flat was renovated at the beginning of last year and newly furnished. It has a fitted kitchen in a modern style, equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and matching extractor hood, a large fridge and freezer compartment, so you can prepare lots of tasty treats here. There is also a cozy seating area with access to the balcony, which can of course also be used by all residents. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub and also has a shower and space for the washing machine. The hallway and kitchen are tiled in a modern style.

Location

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach this in 3 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
