A room is available in our lovely shared apartment—and we are looking for YOU! 🎉 We are Lena (20), Frederike (19), and Fiona (20)—we work and/or study 📚💼. We like to stay active in our free time: whether it's bouldering, horseback riding, making music, or simply meeting up with friends – there's always something going on with us.

Sometimes we cook together 🍝🥗 or end the evening with a drink 🍷🫖. We like to chat, laugh, and relax 😄✨. What's important to us: We're not looking for a purely functional roommate ❌, but someone who really fits in with us ❤️ – someone who perhaps has an exciting hobby or a delicious recipe to share 🍜🎨 and a good sense of cleanliness 🧼✨ 😉 If you're looking for an open, relaxed, and active shared apartment with heart, then we look forward to hearing from you! 📩😊

Room

The 114 sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in the beautiful Harburg inland port. The room is approx. 17 sqm and wonderfully light-flooded thanks to the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, you can design it according to your own wishes and needs. The practical layout makes it perfect for creating a cozy sleeping and living or working area 🛏️. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area ☕ where you can relax together at the end of the day 🌇. The adjoining storage room provides space for jackets and shoes. There is also a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment ❄️. The apartment has two bathrooms 🚿 – one with a bathtub for relaxing moments and one with a shower for a quick start to the day ✨.

There are no additional costs 👍. TV, internet (network & WiFi), and telephone 📺🌐📞 are also included in the flat rate rent – so you can enjoy carefree living 🏡.

Location

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Elbe 🌊, in the charming Harburg inland port - and just a stone's throw from Harburg city center 🏙️.

You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs very close by 🛒🥦 - all within easy walking distance. Harburg city center with the popular Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center offers you a large selection of stores, cafés and everything your heart desires 🛍️☕🍕

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the "Sand" 🧺🍎 and the organic weekly market just a 10-minute walk away!

The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also very close by 🎓🌍. It enjoys a great international reputation and attracts students from all over the world 🌐📚.

The south of Hamburg combines the best of both worlds: a central location 🧭 and living close to nature 🌳💚. The Harburg city park with the large outdoor mill pond, the Haake or Meyers Park - you can easily reach them all by bike 🚲 or bus 🚌 in just a few minutes.

And you also have excellent transport connections! From Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station (just a few minutes' walk from the apartment 👣), lines S3 and S31 take you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🚆 in around 15 minutes.
