Two rooms are becoming available in our beautiful shared flat because Frank and Tim are moving out and we are looking for you...

We are Mohammed and Anes. We are either studying or working. In our free time we like to go to the gym, do fitness, play basketball or meet friends. In between, one or the other of us cooks in our kitchen.
We don't want to live together as a couple, but are looking for a new person who fits in well with us, is friendly and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you can bring a hobby or two with you. We are open to everything...

Room

The 114 sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor, with elevator, in the beautiful Harburg inland port.
The room is approx. 17 sqm in size and wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the large windows. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The practical layout allows you to create a nice sleeping, living or working area.
The large kitchen has a dishwasher and a cozy seating area where residents can end the day together. Everyone can leave their jackets and shoes in the adjoining storage room. The large fridge with freezer compartment is also located here.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment where you can get ready for work or the evening, either in the one with a bathtub or the other with a shower.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
