The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Harburg 🌳.

It features 7 spacious, newly renovated common areas ✨.

The bright room is 11 square meters and unfurnished, so you can decorate it exactly as you wish 🛋️.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and features a cozy sitting area—perfect for cooking and chatting together ☕.
You’ll find the washing machine in the spacious bathroom with a shower 🚿.

The apartment is divided into a 3-person and a 4-person shared living arrangement, each with its own bathroom.

The room offered here is located on the “3-person shared living side” 🏡.

You don’t have to worry about utility bills—they’re already included in the flat-rate rent, as is internet access 📶.

Harburg City Park, with the Außenmühlenteich pond, is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for relaxing or taking a stroll 🌿

Right on your doorstep: the Phoenix Center, plenty of restaurants, cafés, and all the essential amenities for daily life 🛍️

The TUHH is also nearby and easily accessible—perfect for students 🎓

Tip: The Harburg weekly market at Sand (Mon–Sat) and the organic weekly market (Wed) are about a 15-minute walk away.

Transportation:
From the Hamburg-Harburg train station, you can reach downtown Hamburg in just a few minutes by S-Bahn.
- Central Station (via the S3 or S31): about 15–18 minutes
- Jungfernstieg / City Center (S3 or S31): about 18–20 minutes
There are also long-distance train connections and a direct bus route to Airbus—perfect for anyone who wants to get around flexibly!
