We are Tarik (21), Alexander (22), Akshata (24), and Hannah (22)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals. In our free time, we enjoy staying active: we ride bikes, play tennis, go running, or swim. When we’re not out with friends, we enjoy reading, going to concerts, or traveling.

We’re looking for a friendly, open-minded person with a good sense of cleanliness who’s interested in a friendly shared living situation. Cooking together, relaxed evenings with a glass of wine or beer, and good conversations are all part of the experience for us. At the same time, we naturally respect everyone’s need for privacy.

It has 7 rooms, freshly renovated common areas ✨.

🪟 The bright room is approx. 11 sqm in size and unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️.

🍽️ The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and offers a cozy seating area - perfect for cooking and chatting together 👩‍🍳☕.
🧺 You will find the washing machine in the spacious shower room 🚿.

🏘️ The apartment is divided into a 3-bed and a 4-bed shared flat, each with its own bathroom.
The room offered here is on the "3-bed flat share side" 🏡.

💡 You don't have to worry about utilities - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access 💻📶.
