A room is becoming available in our beautiful 3-person shared flat because Sören is moving out and we are looking for you as the third person in the group ;-)

We are Dominik and Akbar and both work. In our free time we like to watch Netflix or play games on the PC. We are also sporty and enjoy soccer, swimming and jogging. Photography, graphic design, drawing, music and cooking are also among our interests. Maybe you can bring something else with you ;-) We would be delighted to have an open-minded and likeable person with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street near Harburg train station.
The bright room is rented unfurnished, is approx. 13 sqm in size and nicely cut, with a practical corner for the bed or a walk-in closet. The light gray fitted kitchen in modern style is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob and matching extractor hood. A small, cozy seating area is available for evening chats.
You can get ready for work or the evening in the modern bathroom with shower and washbasin.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is Internet access.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
