The apartment measures 95 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building—in a quiet, child-friendly street in Hamburg-Harburg 🌳.

The 21-square-meter room features beautiful solid wood floors and—since it’s unfurnished—can be decorated entirely according to your own tastes and needs.

The modern built-in kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area—perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕.

The kitchen opens directly onto the balcony.

The bathroom features a bathtub and plenty of space for all your toiletries.

And best of all: there are no additional fees! 🙌 Internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 🌐 is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s all easy and stress-free! 😊

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The connection to public transport 🚆 is great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to switch off 🌿, you're also quickly in the countryside: "Meyers Park" is just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.
