The apartment is 95 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building—in a quiet, child-friendly street in Hamburg-Harburg 🚸🌳.

The 21-square-meter room features beautiful hardwood floors and, since it is unfurnished, can be decorated entirely to suit your own tastes and needs.

The modern built-in kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area—perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕🍝.

The kitchen opens directly onto the balcony.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub and plenty of space for all your toiletries 🧴🪥

And the best part: there are no additional fees! 🙌 Internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 🌐 is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s all easy and stress-free! 😊

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The connection to public transport 🚆 is great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to switch off 🌿, you're also quickly in the countryside: "Meyers Park" is just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes' walk away - and from there you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in no time at all 🌆!
