Room

We are starting a new 4-person shared apartment in beautiful Hamburg Harburg on 15.07.2023. Very close to the outer mill.

The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building.
It has 4 rooms, which are freshly renovated.
The WG gets a fitted kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom with window, invites you to take a relaxing shower.
3 of the 4 light-flooded rooms are advantageously cut and have with about 14, 16 and 17 square meters, wonderful dimensions to set up. This can be done according to your own wishes and needs, as they are unfurnished.
The last bright room is 10 sqm and is rented fully furnished. No furniture-buying stress. Unpack your suitcase and live.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
