In our 4er WG 2 WG-the room will be Unfurnished free,, apartment building, S-Bahn in a distance of 700m Harburg-Rathaus

We would present offers through friendly and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher and washing machine ;) ) What connected us so far, all: We can make all of the super Sport. Great, we would find it, if we would be a mixed WG (i.e. boys and girls), so far this has worked very well.

Room

Hi, in our 4er WG is all mixed once again by. Due to the current situation a room is spontaneously available immediately, and an almost identical from 01.05.

Lisa-Marie (28, to be employed) will be one of your new roommate will move in from 01.05, as well as Samantha (29, student) in the summer :)

All the rooms are Unfurnished approx. 17qm large, and are light through the large Windows wonderful flooded. The apartment is located at the very top (with Elevator) and offers a wonderful view of Hamburg.

Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment were renovated, includes:
- New flooring in the entire apartment.
- New walls papered
- New furniture in the common areas

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and phone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

The S-Bahn Station Harburg-Rathaus is directly in front of the door, you are extremely fast in the city center:

Harburg-Rathaus -> Jungfernstieg = 17 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Dammtor = 18 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Berliner Tor = 21 minutes
Harburg-Rathaus -> Altona = 28 minutes

Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
