🏡 The apartment is 88 m² in total and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building—in a quiet side street, right next to the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station. Great connections and yet in a relaxed location!

Your future room is approx. 16.5 m² in size, beautifully bright and fitted with high-quality vinyl flooring ✨. It is unfurnished, so you can furnish it according to your own ideas 🛋️. Thanks to the practical layout, sleeping, living, or working areas can be easily combined here 💡.

🍳 You can whip up delicious meals together in the fitted kitchen. It is equipped with: 🔥 a ceramic hob + oven 🍽️ a dishwasher 🧊 a large refrigerator with freezer compartment 🥗 and a cozy sitting area where you can eat, chat, or just hang out together.

🛁 The modern bathroom with a window invites you to relax in the bathtub – there is also space for a washing machine. 💸 Utilities? No extra charges! These are included in the flat rent, just like TV and internet (LAN & WiFi).

🚉 The Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station is just 100 meters from your room - so it's practically right outside the door!
From there, the S3 or S31 will take you to Hamburg Central Station (approx. 14 km away) in approx. 15 minutes 🚀💼
