We are starting a new shared flat for 3 people.

As you are all moving in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We don't want it to be a purposeful flat share, but rather nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is 88 square meters in total and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a small street, directly at the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station.

The bright rooms are approx. 16 and 26 sqm in size, have high-quality vinyl flooring and are rented unfurnished. They can therefore be furnished as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, they can be used as bedrooms, living rooms or workspaces. The prices range between 629 and 729 euros incl. You can move in at the beginning of March.

In the fitted kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment and will have a cozy seating area where you future residents can eat or chat together. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax in the bathtub. The washing machine also has its place here.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 3-minute walk away.
The TUHH is theoretically also just around the corner and can be reached in a few minutes on foot or you can take the S-Bahn to Heimfeld.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.
