Unfurnished 12 sqm shared room of a new foundation on 01.12. or earlier in Hamburg Harburg

Hello dear seekers...
We just moved into the new flatshare a few months ago and are looking for you as the third person in the group ;-)

We are Venkata (27) a management worker and Sören (24) a trained electrician who is undergoing further training.
In our free time we like to watch Netflix or play on the PC. In addition, we are sporty and can be enthusiastic about badminton and jogging. Photography and cooking are also among our interests. Maybe you bring something else with you ;-)
We would be happy about an open-minded and sympathetic person, with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street, near the Harburg train station.
It has 3 rooms that have been freshly renovated. The common areas were furnished by us and equipped with a seating area, so that you can possibly end the day together. The kitchen has been newly installed and contains a dishwasher. Getting ready for work or the evening, you can relax in the new shower room.
The room is nicely square cut and about 12 square meters in size. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the package rental, as well as access to the Internet.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center right on the doorstep, make this shared flat one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors can also be easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world. From Harburger Bahnhof you can reach the city center of Hamburg in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
