We all work and love spending our evenings together in our big kitchen. 🍝 We chat about our days, catch up, or cook delicious meals together.

We also keep busy in our free time: whether it’s shopping 🛍️, reading 📚, working out 💪, or hanging out with friends—there’s always something going on here! 🎉

Harmonious living together is especially important to us. That’s why we place great value on open and honest communication 🤝, so we can address problems directly and find solutions and compromises together.

Cleanliness and order are also a top priority for us. 🧹 To that end, we have a shared cleaning schedule 📅 that everyone follows so that everyone can feel comfortable in our shared apartment. 🏡

Room

This spacious 94 m² apartment is situated in a beautiful location in Harburg’s inland harbor. 🌊 It’s on the 7th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. From here, you can enjoy a stunning view of Harburg.

The bright, light-filled room ☀️ is approximately 16 m² and is rented unfurnished. 🛋️ This gives you the opportunity to furnish it exactly as you’d like and make it cozy. 🖼️

The modern kitchen 🍳 features a dishwasher and a cozy seating area that’s perfect for cooking, eating, and relaxing together. ☕ You’ll also have access to two bathrooms, which offer plenty of space and provide extra comfort. 🚿

A special highlight: There are no additional utility costs. All costs are already included in the flat-rate rent—including TV, wired internet, and Wi-Fi. 📶

Location

The room 🏠 is located in the beautiful Harburg inland port 🌊 - just a stone's throw from Harburg city center.

🛒 You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity.

Harburg city center can be reached quickly and offers a large selection of stores with Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden 🛍️ and the Phoenix-Center 🏬.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market 🍎🥦 on the sand (Mondays to Saturdays from 08:00 - 13:30). There is also an organic weekly market on Wednesdays from 15:00 - 18:30 🌱, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

For the connection 🚆:
From Harburg-Rathaus station (only 800 m away), the S-Bahn (S3/S31) runs directly to Hamburg Central Station in approx. 15 minutes 🚉➡️🌆.
There are also long-distance train connections 🚄 at Hamburg-Harburg station.
