We are all working and like to sit in the spacious kitchen in the evening and chat or cook together. In addition, we like to spend our free time playing football, drawing and reading. We are active in sports and we like to meet with friends. Communication between the roommates is important to us, so that we can address concerns immediately and possibly make compromises. We pay great attention to cleanliness and clean at regular intervals.

Room

The 110 m2 apartment is located in the beautiful Harburg inland port, is located on the 7th floor, which can be reached by elevator and offers a wonderful view over Harburg.
The light-flooded room is about 16 m2 in size and, since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with an associated extractor hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area where the residents can end the day together. We get ready for work or the evening in one of our two shower rooms. One of them is barrier-free and therefore very spacious. The other bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The offered room is located in the Harburg inland port, not far from the Harburg city.
Shopping and supply facilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach this in about 10 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, 800 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
