A room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat and we, Abhineeth (29), Finja (22) and Jana (21) are looking for you...

We are all working and like to sit in the spacious kitchen in the evening and chat or cook together. We also like to spend our free time playing soccer, drawing and reading. We are active in sports and enjoy meeting up with friends. Communication between flatmates is important to us, so that we can address concerns immediately and possibly make compromises. We pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and clean at regular intervals.

Room

The 110 m² apartment is located in the beautiful Harburg inland port, is on the 7th floor, which can be reached by elevator and thus offers a wonderful view over Harburg.
The light-flooded room is about 16 m² in size and, since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area in which the residents can end the day together. We get ready for work or the evening in one of our two shower bathrooms. One of them is barrier-free and therefore very spacious. The other bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no extra charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The offered room is located in the Harburg inland port, not far from the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in about 10 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 800 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
