Hey, we’re Moritz (22) and Bassem (32), and we’re looking for two more nice roommates for our new shared apartment! 👋

Moritz is a student and enjoys staying active in his free time, especially running. He also likes to cook, travel, and spend time with friends. Bassem works as a mechanical engineer and stays in shape by road cycling, running, and working out. In his free time, he enjoys reading and meditating. 🚴‍♂️📚

Since our shared apartment is just getting started, we have the chance to build a wonderful home together. It’s important to us that we all feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxed living environment. 😊

We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a friendly community where people enjoy meeting in the kitchen, cooking together 🍝, or just chatting a bit. Of course, everyone should also have enough time to themselves and be able to retreat to their room when they feel like it. 🛋️✨

Cleanliness and order in the shared spaces are important to us. We believe everyone should do their part and that agreements—for example, regarding the cleaning schedule or guests—should be honored. Treating each other with respect goes without saying. 🤝

Our modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building and is, of course, easily accessible by elevator. 🛗 From up here, you’ll enjoy a great view of the city—a lovely place to unwind after a long day. 🏡

The kitchen has a classic, cozy design and offers everything you need for everyday life. 😊

A total of four shared apartment rooms are available. All rooms are rented unfurnished. 🪴 This lets you furnish your new room exactly as you like and give it your own personal touch. ✨

Especially convenient: heating, electricity, and water are already included in the flat-rate rent. 💰 There are no additional costs for these.
You also don’t have to worry about fast internet. 📶 High-speed internet, as well as access to the network and Wi-Fi, are already included. 🙌

In nearby downtown Harburg, there’s even more to choose from: Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden, and the Phoenix Center are waiting for you with plenty of shops and cafés. 🛍️
