We have a room opening up—Cathrin is moving out 🧳.
So we’re looking for a friendly, open-minded person who’d like to join our shared apartment for the long term 🏡

We’re:
Artur (25), Gesa (28), Stefan (30), Paul (20), and Tobias (27)—a diverse mix of working professionals and students.
In our free time, we love to stay active—whether it’s orienteering, cross-country skiing, wakeboarding, dancing, or soccer—staying active is just part of who we are.

We also share a love for technology, photography 📸, 3D printing, microelectronics 🤖, as well as good food 🍝, music 🎶, and exciting books 📚.

We’re not just a functional shared apartment! 💬
A friendly atmosphere is important to us—we enjoy hanging out together, cooking together 🍲, or heading out to have some fun 🎉.
All under the motto: “Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory”—everyone has their own space, but we look forward to an active, lively shared living experience 🤗

Room

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming older building with a cozy, multi-family home vibe. There are 5 rooms in total—all with beautiful hardwood floors 😍. The common areas are already furnished and equipped with everything a roommate could want: a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator are all ready to go! 🧺

This room has it all! At about 15.5 m², it’s super spacious 🛋️ and, thanks to the windows, nice and bright and inviting 🌞. The room is unfurnished, so you can set it up and decorate it exactly to your taste 🛏️.

And the best part? You don’t have to worry about utility bills 🙌—they’re already included in the flat-rate rent, along with TV and Wi-Fi 📶.

Location

🛒 Shopping & running errands? It’s a breeze!
You’ll find everything you need for your daily needs right around the corner—so no long walks 😊. And if you’re ever in the mood for more variety, downtown Harburg is just a short trip away. There, plenty of shops & stores waiting for you—for example, on Lüneburger Straße, at the Harburg Arcaden, or at the Phoenix Center 🛍️.

🥕 A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand”🌿.

🚏 You’re also well connected:
The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the bus runs every 6 minutes, taking you to Harburg Station in about 10 minutes 🚌. From there, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 12 minutes 🚆—perfect for commuters or city trips!

👣 Heimfeld Station and the TUHH (Technical University) are also just about a 10-minute walk away—so they’re super easy to get to 📚.

And if you ever want to go further afield: Hamburg-Harburg Station also has long-distance trains, of course 🚄😉
