We have a room becoming available - because Niklas is moving out 🧳.
That's why we're looking for a nice, open-minded person who would like to become part of our shared flat in the long term 🏡💛

We are:
Artur (24), Luibov (20), Paul (19) and Gesa (27) - a colorful mix of professionals & students 🎓💼.
We love being active in our free time - whether it's orienteering, cross-country skiing, wakeboarding, dancing or soccer - exercise is simply part of our lives 🏃‍♀️⚽⛷️💃

We also share a love of technology, photography 📸, 3D printing, microelectronics 🤖, as well as good food 🍝, music 🎶 and exciting books 📚.

We are not a functional flat share! 💬✨
A friendly atmosphere is important to us - we like to sit together, cook together 🍲 or go out to experience something 🍻🎉.
Everything according to the motto: "Everything can, nothing must" - everyone has their freedom, but we are happy about an active, lively shared flat life 🤗

Room

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming old building with an apartment building feel. There are 5 rooms in total - all with beautiful floorboards 😍. The common rooms are already furnished and equipped with everything your heart desires: washing machine, dishwasher & fridge are already at the start! 🧺🍽️❄️

This room has it all! At approx. 15.5 m², it is super spacious 🛋️ and, thanks to the windows, beautifully bright and inviting 🌞. The room is unfurnished, so you can furnish and decorate it to suit your taste 🛏️.

And the best thing? You don't have to worry about service charges 🙌 - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as are TV and WiFi internet 📺📶.

Location

🛒 Shopping & supply? Very easy!
You'll find everything you need for your daily needs just around the corner - so no long journeys 😊. And if you fancy a bit more choice, Harburg city center is within easy reach. There are plenty of stores & stores waiting for you there - e.g. in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden or in the Phoenix-Center 🛍️.

🥕 A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the "Sand"🌿🍅.

🚏 You are also well connected:
You can reach the nearest bus stop in a few minutes on foot, and the bus takes you to Harburg train station every 6 minutes in around 10 minutes 🚌. From there, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 12 minutes 🚆 - perfect for commuters or city trips!

👣 Heimfeld station and the TUHH (Technical University) are also just a 10-minute walk away - so it's super easy to get there 👟📚.

And if you want to go further afield: there are of course also long-distance trains at Hamburg-Harburg station 🚄😉
