We’re Lea (26), Joel (25), Adam (24), and Frederike (23) – a cheerful mix of working professionals and students. There’s always something going on here: whether it’s swimming, soccer, the gym, or creative hobbies like drawing and sewing—you’ll never get bored 🎨⚽🏊‍♀️💪

We love doing things together—whether it’s a night out at a bar, a trip to the movies, a relaxed visit to a café, or simply planning our next travel destination ✈️🍿☕🌍

What’s important to us? We’re not looking for a functional flat share—but rather someone who’s up for a friendly living arrangement 🤗🫶

Room

The apartment is 140 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older apartment building, very close to TUHH 🏡📍

The light-filled room was freshly renovated just a year ago ✨, measures approx. 15.5 sqm, and features beautiful hardwood floors—complete with authentic old-building charm! 😍 Since the room is unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly to your taste and create your own cozy retreat 🛋️

In the spacious kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: a dishwasher, a large fridge, and even the washing machine is right here 🍽️🧼🧺

Our common area is located in the entryway—we’ve set up a cozy sitting area with a TV there. Perfect for chilling, chatting, or watching movies together 📺☕🛋️

The naturally lit full bathroom offers plenty of space for all your bath essentials 🛁✨ There’s also a guest restroom 🚽👍

Utility costs? Don’t worry—everything is already included in the flat-rate rent! 😊📦

Our shared flat is located in the beautiful Hamburg-Harburg district 🏙️🌳
Everything you need for your daily needs - whether supermarket, drugstore or bakery - can be found just around the corner 🛒🥐

Harburg city center is also easy to reach and invites you to stroll around with numerous stores, cafés and shopping opportunities in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center 🛍️☕👟

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the sand 🥕🍎

The bus stop is just a few steps away 🚶‍♀️🚏 - the bus leaves every 6 minutes and takes you to Harburg station in just 10 minutes. From there, you can take the S-Bahn (S3/S31) to Hamburg Central Station in around 12 minutes 🚆💨

Heimfeld station and the TUHH can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes 🎓👣
For those who like to travel: Long-distance trains also stop at Hamburg-Harburg station - perfect for traveling or visiting home ✈️🧳
